===== DG-ID LIST =====
The DG-ID can be assigned on each server itself. The DG-ID under 15 should be kept free for worldwide traffic. Groups of 15-69 are assigned to the countries. Groups of 70-99 are available for local speaking groups. The scheme is not fixed, but common compliance makes it easier to link the servers.

    * DG-ID - short name used in MATRIX header-line
    * DG-ID - long name used in DG-ID-List
    * Language - normaly spoken language on this DG-ID
